I found myself with a bag of cash and nothing to spend it on. I knew if I held onto it I
would simply fritter it away on junk. On impulse I decided on a Candy Blue SV650S, I bought
it sight-unseen over the phone from George White's in Swindon. I also ordered the hugger, undertray,
seat hump, bellypan and Datatool 3 system at the same time.
Three and a half years on and I'd covered a paltry 810 miles on it, it was time for it to go. I sold it on
and the cash will go into the Katana engine. It was nice but I spent more time washing and waxing it than
riding it and it just wasn't good for it.
